Leaping Further Ahead This Year with Addition of Meetings and Gatherings to Our Toolkit
For the first time in three years, an old year ends and a new year begins without restrictions on movement. In the Naturally Plus Group (NPG) international travel has picked up steam again. In 2023 NPG celebrates its 24th birthday. An MLM business founded in Japan, NP is now a global enterprise that does 65% of its business outside of Japan, having grown into a company whose products have found fans in 128 countries and regions worldwide.
In our 23rd fiscal year, our sales remained stuck at 95.5% of the previous year. We must be especially grateful to all of those employees, and especially those with special responsibilities, who never gave up in the face of a slowing global economy and the continuing impact of COVID depending on country.
During this fiscal year our immediate objective is to have our businesses in every country profitable and in the black by working to bring fresh energy to all of our activities.
On a brighter note, given the relaxation of restrictions on travel, incentive tours that last year were only in-country tours will this year include Europe and other out-of-country destinations. Members who participate in international incentive tours will experience a genuine change of scene and enjoy important opportunities to deepen ties within the group. I myself look forward to the joy of too long missing direct contact with staff and members from other countries.
As a result of moving business activities on line in most countries during the COVID pandemic, we achieved record numbers of new member registrations. That said, face-to-face remains a vital form of communication for a network business. With the reopening of travel, NPG needs to bring new energy to our businesses by embracing a new business model combining the online activities developed in the last several years with face-to-face bonding.
This year, in addition to Malaysia’s live on-site MY KIZUNA event, other countries are planning similar events, large-scale on-site trainings, and incentive tours. Among them will be FESTA, which will return to the Yokohama Arena for the first time in four years. It will be in the truest sense a “World Convention,” a global event with ten thousand participants from all over the world.
Since more than half of our members have yet to experience FESTA at the Yokohama Arena, I can’t wait to see leaders from every country take part and hear what they have to say. So, I will be doing everything in my power to make it possible for as many as possible to participate.
