“UNIVA Staff” Business Shifts from USF to UJP

With an eye to future growth UNIVA Japan (UJP) has taken over UNIVA Staff’s (USF) fee-based recruiting business. Since “UNIVA Staff” has high awareness and strong brand power in the world of recruiting non-Japanese, this service will continue to use the “UNIVA Staff” brand, while now being managed by UJP.

Five New Graduates Join UPC

In April, UNIVA Paycast (UPC) welcomed five new employees. As new employees, these NAKAMA are just beginning their careers. They are now immersed in new employee training, learning about UPC, business manners and other subjects for on-the-job training (OJT). More senior employees provide support, creating an environment in which each individual’s strengths and values can be activated to the greatest possible extent. While discussing “anytime, anywhere, anyone” with the new employees, they talk about purpose and UPC’s aiming to grow and develop further.

NPMY Direct Sales No.1 in Malaysia

Naturally Plus Malaysia (NPMY) has been named the No. 1 Japan-based company engaged in direct sales in Malaysia. Kazuki Iwasa, managing director of Naturally Plus Southeast Asia accepted the award on behalf of NPMY. Congratulations to everyone at NPMY!!!

Naturally Plus ranks 39th based on sales among the Direct Selling News top 100 companies worldwide! With sales reaching US$221 million, Naturally Plus has risen two ranks from 41st to 39th in just one year.

NPID Incentive Tour “Indonesia Voyage”

May 7- May 11, Naturally Plus Indonesia (NPID)’s Indonesia Voyage tour included visits to the Mount Bromo volcano and Batu Plateau. The 49 high achievers in the tour enjoyed to the full their visits to these famous destinations. Filled with enthusiasm by their NAKAMA, they went to work to achieve their new targets the day after the tour ended.

Shinichi Tanaka Achieves One of This Year’s Goals

We have received some good news from Shinichi Tanaka, who was introduced in this year’s March UNI-SIGHT, when he was immersed in triathlon. Another of his goals for this year was to become a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA). He has passed the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS) examination with flying colors! We are delighted to congratulate him on this achievement and look forward to his achieving a new personal best in the Swiss Ironman in July.

Feelings about UNIVA AWARDS 2022 Presentations and Awards

On March 30, 195 NAKAMA watched the FINAL CONTEST. Questionnaires about the presentations showed 100% satisfaction with the Shining Stars’ presentations. Sharing both the Shining Stars and NAKAMA from other companies’ results made this a significant time for everyone. Videos of the Shining Star presentations were posted on line that same day, for those unable to view the awards. Please note the use of the presenters’ original languages and pay special attention to the feelings of the Shining Stars as the winners’ names were announced. Next year it could be you standing there!
