NPMY achieved sales and profit growth for three consecutive fiscal years!
Naturally Plus Malaysia (NPMY) achieved its sales target and profitability in FY2023! Sales were up 3% from the previous year, 103.14% on target; profit was up 47.3 from the previous year, 143.64% on target. This marked the third consecutive fiscal year of increased sales and profit. With the achievement of this term's goal, a company trip to Osaka will be held in December. Congratulations to everyone at NPMY!
UPC new employee sponsored event and determination of assignment
UNIVA Paycast (UPC) hosted an event for new employees to conclude their on-the-job training at the end of July. The main venue, the Osaka office, was connected to the Tokyo office online, providing an opportunity for employees to interact with each other beyond the office. Also, at the beginning of the event, the new employees were announced where they would be assigned. This year, one person was assigned to the Sales Division and one to the Product Division in Tokyo, and one person was assigned to the Sales Division and two to the Product Division in Osaka. We will continue to make the UPC even more exciting with our new NAKAMA.
