Hello everyone, this is Akita from UNIVA Oak Holdings.
I am writing this in the hope that my past learning and experience will lead to the growth of all of our employees. And here is a brief summary of specific actions for growth.

People who grow set goals, and specific goals at that, early in life. I am a person who will become ____ in the future. The reason for this is ____, and I hope to achieve this by the age of ____. This is a matter.
The main character of ONE PIECE begins, "I, Luffy. I'm the man who will become the Pirate King!" and sets a specific goal for himself. The reason why goal setting is so important is that people can only become what they want to become. Many professional athletes set their sights on becoming professionals from an early age and continue to work hard. The earlier you set goals, the better. When you have a clear goal, you will be able to see what you really want to do. Also, by setting deadlines, what was once a vague idea becomes realistic and concrete, increasing the probability of a successful outcome.

Prepare yourself
You must be "ready" to take on the challenge of the goals you have set for yourself. Preparedness means having a strong will and mindset. It is about preparing your mind for the difficulties. Humans are easy going creatures, so we must be prepared to break this indulgence. When you are prepared, your thinking about things will become more positive and you will be able to think about everything from a yes perspective.

Autonomous growth
Think for yourself and act with a strong sense that you are going to grow. To achieve this, it is important to acquire base education and business skills. Only with this foundation can we apply it. Building a foundation is never easy, but always keep a mindset of challenge. Continuity is power!

Right Effort Leading to Growth
Read through the newspaper daily and try to have your own opinion. For example, read the editorial and compare your opinion with the newspaper's opinion. As you continue to think in this way, you will learn to think logically. You will also be able to ask the right questions and gain a deeper understanding of the essence of what the other person is talking about.

Input and Output
Studying is an input, not only to get answers, but also to have your own opinion. It is also to know that there is more than one answer. By transmitting what you have learned to others based on your own interpretation and analysis, you can improve your level of understanding from "I get it" to "I really understand it."

I believe that human resources are human capital. We believe that one of the CFO's missions is to maximize the value of these assets and link them to the enhancement of corporate value.
