The Promise of Mission Accomplishment

I am Tomoyuki Iyama, the new leader of the UNP Taiwan (UNPTW). I sincerely thank you for entrusting me with this responsibility. I promise to accomplish the mission of UNPTW to the best of my ability with passion and integrity from Taiwan.

UNPTW is a health support company that leads the world to good health, providing great services and products to promote people's health and well-being. Our mission is to help people maintain their best health by providing tools and resources for healthy living.

To achieve this, our first goal is to improve customer satisfaction. It is important to accurately identify customer needs and develop effective marketing strategies. Since last year, we have been promoting word-of-mouth activities, as well as "visualization" to actually understand the status of the group, such as by naming the five setups of business elements "five missions" and incorporating them into a smart phone application.

In addition, we will strengthen our market position by launching new products that incorporate cutting-edge technology ahead of the industry, expanding our organization and improving profitability. Our long-term goal is to build a sustainable business model and establish global leadership.

To achieve these goals, it is essential that each employee achieve personal growth and work together as a team. To this end, we have established a cycle in which we thoroughly listen to our employees during the personnel evaluations held twice each year, thoroughly set goals for all human resources each time that will lead to their next growth, and support their growth.

We expect NAKAMA of UNPTW to provide the highest quality of service by paying sincere attention to the needs and challenges of our members. Teamwork is key in the MLM business, and the key to success is for everyone to work together as one.

Finally, our company is built on the strength and passion of each and every one of our employees, and our focus is on human capitalism. We understand our roles and responsibilities and will do our best to fulfill them. When we face difficulties, let us support and help each other to move forward.
