UPC Conducts internal leadership training

On May 24th, UNIVA Paycast (UPC) held an in-house leadership training for employees with leadership status or higher. They deepened their learning through lectures and group work with the aim of rethinking and practicing the definition of leadership and communication. The leaders were inspired by the lively exchange of opinions during discussions and role-playing games. Many smiles spilled over in the unique communication. In the future, UPC will continue to provide necessary support while listening to employees to support their career development and create a better working environment.

UJP On-site class for Horokanai High School students

On May 28th, Shino Nakajima, a young employee of UNIVA Japan (UJP), gave a drop-in class to 41 Horokanai high school students as part of a future project in partnership with Horokanai Town. This time, with the theme of "Permanent Zone", they thought together about "Ideal Permanent Zone" and "Permanent Zone in Horokanai" through group work. In order to raise awareness of saving the crisis in Horokanai-cho 2050 from the "line" perspective of "connecting to the future", we plan to continue the drop-in classes in the future.

UNPTW joined "Love to the Tribe" activity again this year

UNP Taiwan (UNPTW) has been partnering with the Children Are Us Foundation for many years and has continued the Mother's Day cake recruitment project. This project "Love to the Tribe" is an activity to donate cakes handmade by children with Intellectual development disorders to schools attended by disadvantaged children. This year, it was organized by the Taiwan R.O.C Direct Selling Association, and activities were held with business partners. On June 21, Tomoyuki Iyama, Director and President of UNPTW, who participated in this activity on behalf of the company, called on companies in the industry to make efforts to eliminate prejudice against network business through this activity.

UAI Supports Summer Fancy Food Show

UNIVA America, Inc. (UAI) participated in the Summer Fancy Food Show held at the New York Javits Center. In advance, UAI supported the arrangement of booth models according to the requests of Japanese companies exhibiting at the JETRO booth. On the day of the show, they also visited the venue and participated in sales activities to expand the sales network of clients. In particular, the JETRO booth was very crowded with buyers looking for Japanese ingredients, giving us a real sense of just how popular Japanese food is in America. NE's Vertical Double-sided Solar Power Plant Project Adopted by JETRO "Inward Direct Investment Promotion Project Cost Subsidy"

North Energy (NE), a consolidated subsidiary of UNIVA Oak Holdings (UOH), is promoting a demonstration experiment of vertical double-sided solar panels (vertical solar panels) in snowfall areas in cooperation with the government in Hokkaido. Now, the vertical solar panel project being planned in Hokkaido has been selected for the "Inward Direct Investment Promotion Project Cost Subsidy" publicly solicited by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). NE plays an important role as a core subsidiary responsible for the clean energy business of the UOH Group, and will contribute to the realization of a carbon-free society by challenging various possibilities, not just solar.
