Message board: FM Karuizawa sponsorship call announcement
FM Karuizawa (77.5MHz) is the only broadcasting media in Karuizawa Town, and delivers a wide range of content, from local lifestyle information to entertainment programs for the whole of Japan. We also reach a large number of listeners by using multiple platforms, including internet radio, podcasts, and YouTube. Karuizawa is famous as a resort town, but in recent years the number of permanent residents has been increasing due to interest in education, culture, and the arts. We are currently running a campaign for a plan to use our broadcast time slots to produce original programs, and this time we are offering a 30-minute broadcast time slot at a special price of 49,500 yen (tax included), which normally costs 66,000 yen. This will also be displayed as a sponsor of the "Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Project" that FM Karuizawa is promoting to the area. Would you like to increase the value of your brand through FM Karuizawa? For sponsorship inquiries, please contact magazine@univacap.com
UJP's demonstration experiment in Horokanai Town, Hokkaido, produces surprising results!
UNIVA Japan (UJP) is conducting a demonstration experiment of bifacial solar power generation in Horokanai Town, Hokkaido. After the snowfall period from the start of the experiment, the amount of electricity generated during the snowfall from January to April exceeded the expected amount by 20%! Horokanai Town is covered in snow until early May, so the reflected light from the snow far exceeded the expected amount. The project was also reported in the Hokkaido Construction Newspaper on July 31st and August 1st, and the project has successfully gotten off to a smooth start in an area with heavy snowfall where solar power generation is difficult. They are currently conducting power generation tests in snow-free conditions, and on September 19, UJP President Ubatani appeared at the Horokanai Town Council to present a report on the experiments. If this demonstration experiment leads to the introduction of solar power generation in heavy snow areas where it had been previously abandoned, it could contribute to increasing the number of areas where energy can be produced and consumed locally. UJP will continue to explore the new renewable energy possibilities offered by bifacial solar panels.

UJP obtains Tokyo Governor's permission for general construction and telecommunications construction.
UNIVA Japan (UJP) has obtained permission from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for general construction and telecommunications construction work. This will enable us to receive large orders for our "ESCO-ONE" energy-saving control device, which is designed to suit each individual compressor. ESCO-ONE monitors the operating status of compressors in commercial air conditioners, freezers, and refrigerators, and controls them at the optimal timing to save energy, helping to reduce power consumption while maintaining the comfort of the facility without causing any changes to the environment.
