The logo marks of "Kikikomi" provided by UNIVA Gyro-n and the outing information media "Iitoko" have been registered as trademarks. Customers' opinions were collected through a survey, and then AI was used to create word-of-mouth suggestions based on that, resulting in a logo mark that was unique to Kikikomi. Additionally, the logo for "Iitoko," an outing information media that introduces local "good places" is based on the image of the couple having fun on a trip, with the pose expressing the "I" in "Iitoko." This trademark registration is a meaningful step both in terms of protecting intellectual property rights and branding.

UNIVA Paycast (UPC) has signed a corporate sponsorship agreement with the football club Sint-Truiden VV (hereinafter referred to as STVV). STVV, a club in the Belgian first division of the professional league, currently supports talented young players in their quest to play in Europe and around the world, and currently has eight Japanese players on its roster. UPC agreed with STVV's vision of "From here to the world" and entered into a corporate sponsorship agreement. With this partnership as a catalyst, UPC will proactively promote innovative initiatives that contribute both globally and to local communities.

UNIVA Paycast (UPC) began a biannual awards program called "Honoring the Brave People Creating the Future" at the end of last year. Under this system, employees who are passionate about their work and contribute to the growth of the company are named "Heroes," and three are selected from the general employee division and one from the management division. In October, at the start of the second half of the year, the four third generation heroes were announced. Each participant reflected on their past efforts and shared their aspirations for the future. The next awards ceremony is scheduled for late March or early April. Everyone is striving every day to become the 4th Hero.

From November 2nd to 5th, UNIVA Japan (UJP) and Vertical Solar Co., Ltd. exhibited vertical solar panels at the Kineko International Film Festival, sponsored by the Tokyu Group. The vertical solar panels, which proved to be more effective than expected in tests conducted in a heavy snowfall area of Hokkaido, will now be introduced to heavy snowfall areas throughout the country. Since many of the events at the Kineko International Film Festival are aimed at children, we have prepared a "solar power generation vehicle experiment kit" that would attract the eyes of children. Thanks to these efforts, we were successful in attracting the interest of parents and children alike, and many people visited our booth.

UNIVA Paycast (UPC) has introduced touch displays and speakers with 360-degree cameras in order to foster more active and lively discussions and presentation skills. The touch display makes it possible to write directly on the screen, allowing you to smoothly add opinions and ideas to documents on the spot. In addition, speakers with 360-degree cameras can not only display the entire room in 360 degrees, but can also pick up voices from far away from the microphone itself. At the October job offer ceremony, which used a speaker with a camera, in-person and online participants were able to experience the sense of presence of being gathered together in one place. We hope everyone in the building, and of course everyone who visits the East Roppongi Building, will try it out.

UNIVA Paycast (UPC) welcomed UNIVA Technologies (UT) to its Tokyo office in September of this year. Accordingly, UPC changed the layout of the entire office to create a more comfortable working environment. To enable employees to work efficiently, we have increased convenience by adding more conference rooms and establishing meeting areas that do not require reservations. We will continue to make further improvements in the future, aiming to create a comfortable and easy-to-work environment for employees who share the office.

On November 13th and 14th, UNIVA Japan (UJP) exhibited at the 17th Kawasaki International Eco-Tech Exhibition. This technology exhibition, under the theme of "Opening up the future with next-generation environmental technologies," will display a wide range of technologies, from environmental technologies to cutting-edge environmental technologies that solve global environmental problems. This will be UJP's second time exhibiting, following last year. In addition to exhibiting their own energy-saving control device "ESCO-ONE," they also exhibited a vertical solar panel manufactured by Suichoku Solar (Japan subsidiary of Germany's Next to Sun), which can increase power generation in snowy areas. Energy conservation and solar power generation were hot topics, and many people visited our booth.
