"Kikikomi" has grown steadily in just one year! Now used by over 200 companies.
And now onto a new challenge
It has already been a year since we last introduced Kikikomi on UNI-SIGHT. Kikikomi, which uses generative AI to help create real reviews from surveys, has attracted a lot of attention since its release and is now used by over 200 companies.
Over the past year, we have been confronting the challenges faced by Kikikomi as an unknown product and searching for solutions. In particular, complying with the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and Google guidelines was a major challenge. We built the service with great care, considering, from a legal perspective, what questions to ask in order to elicit neutral answers, and how to ensure that the reviews generated by the AI using those answers do not violate laws, regulations, or Google guidelines.
In addition, because Kikikomi is an unprecedented word-of-mouth acquisition tool that uses AI, one mistake could lead to illegal use. Therefore, we created the Kikikomi Guidelines (https://www.gyro-n.com/kikicomi/guideline/) that summarize the nature and usage of Kikikomi, and asked for the correct understanding of companies using the service.
These efforts were not easy, but as a result of working together to educate customers and distributors and build operational methods that meet compliance, we were able to grow into a clean "Kikikomi" that can be used with peace of mind.
On to the next stage: The challenge of going public
Kikikomi is a product that is still in development. We will continue to listen to customer feedback as we aim to further expand functionality and expand into new areas.
Next year will be the first year that UNIVA Gyro-n will work towards its ambitious goal of going public.
In order to go public, we must strengthen our organizational foundations and accelerate business growth. To achieve this, each and every employee is required to fully understand his or her role and act independently.
The future we aim for
"Kikikomi" is a powerful tool to help make our clients' businesses successful. Through Kikikomi, we hope to make customer feedback visible and contribute to creating a better society.
Furthermore, with our efforts to go public, UNIVA Gyro-n will grow into a company that can play an active role on an even larger stage.
Future outlook
- Functionality expansion: We aim to realize more advanced functions such as multilingual support and EC functionality.
- Expansion into new fields: We will accelerate expansion into a wide range of industries, not just retail, but also services, temporary staffing, and more.
- Cross-selling to other products: We would like to further grow the Gyro-n product as a whole by being conscious of cross-selling from "Kikikomi" to other products such as "MEO," "EFO," and "DFM."
Conclusion
Kikikomi has been able to grow because each member works honestly and sincerely. I believe that this growth also represents the growth of our members. UNIVA Gyro-n has many young members and will continue to grow.
