A year of challenge and growth: paving the way for a new future
- Goals for NPJP 27th Term (September 2024 - August 2025)
This fiscal year, NPJP aims to achieve sales growth of 105% compared to the previous fiscal year. In the previous fiscal year, the number of registered members was down 5% compared to the previous year, but in order to make up for this, we will implement proactive measures such as introducing new incentive plans and new products, and focus on increasing the number of newly registered members. - Growing Together 2025
In September of last year, we introduced a new incentive plan called "Growing Together," with the theme of "Making new encounters with colleagues and growing through challenges that pave the way for the future." Those who achieve this will be given an incentive tour to Malaysia, the fourth country in which the Naturally Plus Group has expanded overseas, and two members have already achieved CFC as early as October. About 140 people are expected to join the tour afterwards.
Although we did not achieve our target, the implementation of this plan dramatically increased the rate at which new registrants purchased set products. The purchase rate, which was 14.4% before the implementation, increased to 30.3%. In particular, the 12M recorded a significant increase from 3.6% to 18.4%. This result led to an increase in repeat purchases of products, which contributed greatly to increased sales. - New release of "Super Revive"
"Super Revive," a health food product that was released in Taiwan and Singapore last year, has finally been introduced in Japan. It was officially released on March 17, 2025. This product has been developed based on cell theory, focusing on research into stem cells and autophagy, and has the potential to grow into a new core product for Naturally Plus. The first delivery got off to a good start, selling out in about a week. - The rapid advance of "AURAGE BEAUTY TALK"
The third installment of "AURAGE BEAUTY TALK," featuring makeup artist Pikako and talent Abiru Yu, was released in February. The skincare brand "AURAGE," the functional beauty serum "LIFTANT," and the high-AC-11 drink "AND" have many loyal fans, and the show, which is held two to three times a year, records sales of over 100 million yen each time.
This time, the release coincided with the release of "Super Revive," and there were concerns that it would affect sales, but sales from the campaign were also strong. Another strength of beauty products is that even when large-scale campaigns are implemented, there is little impact on monthly repeat product sales. Currently, it boasts a sales composition ratio third only to the "Super Lutein" brand and hydrogen water "IZUMIO," and further growth is expected in the future. - Celebrating NPUSA's 10th anniversary
I had one dream: to make MLM a success in America. In 2012, Chairman Inaba entrusted me with creating NPUSA, and it opened in 2014. After 10 years that have flown by, I feel that the time has come to "reexamine what our true identity is" at this turning point.
NPUSA is aiming for 110% growth this fiscal year compared to the previous fiscal year. In the previous fiscal year, there was a 5% decrease, similar to NPJP, but this fiscal year we will strengthen our production activities and focus on increasing the number of new registrations.
In January of this year, the World Leadership Invitational (WLI) and NPUSA jointly hosted FESTA AMERICA 2024 in Las Vegas, USA, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its founding. A total of 629 achievers participated from Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China.
The company also announced the launch of its official app, "CONPUS," developed in Japan, taking a new step toward making global business activities easier. We will continue to expand the features and create an environment where members can work more comfortably.
NPUSA has grown over the past decade, facing many challenges along the way. Thanks to your continued support and efforts that we have been able to reach this milestone year. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those involved who have supported NPUSA over the past 10 years.
