April marks the beginning of a new fiscal year for some of the UNIVA Group companies. UNIVA Oak Holdings and UNIVA Japan held a kick-off event at the beginning of the fiscal year to share their goals and initiatives for the new fiscal year with all employees. UNIVA Paycast, which won the "Company of the Year" award at the UNIVA AWARDS 2024, also shared its goals and policies for the next five and ten years with the entire company. The year 2025 is fast approaching and we are already in June! Let's continue working hard to achieve the goals of each company and the UNIVA Group as a whole!

UNIVA Gyro-n held a kickoff event to mark the 5th anniversary of its founding. We shared with our employees that Kikikomi was introduced to 250 companies in just one year in 2025, the first year of sales. The company also set a goal of becoming the number one service for gaining word-of-mouth reviews, declared it would list on TPM (TOKYO PRO Market) in 2027, and announced that it would aim to move up to a higher listing after listing on TPM. The company has confirmed its short-term goal of making Kikikomi its top focus service in 2026. Stay tuned for the future of Gyro-n as it steps forward from a new starting point!

Kikikomi, provided by UNIVA Gyro-n, released two new features in April. "Kikikomi for EC" is now compatible with the cloud (SaaS)-based EC Attractions "Next Engine." This will enable businesses that operate their own e-commerce sites to automatically send out surveys based on purchasing data and efficiently collect customer feedback. Additionally, to provide strong support for attracting inbound tourists, we have begun providing support in English, Chinese (Traditional), and Korean. It will help our clients easily collect feedback from customers around the world, improving the store's reputation and attracting more customers.

On April 23, UNIVA Oak Holdings (UOH) acquired all shares of MILET HK LIMITED, an IT solutions vendor for e-commerce, with the aim of participating in the OTC cross-border e-commerce business in China. We also plan to change the company name to UNIVA Hong Kong Trading Limited. In the future, we will also consider incorporating UNIVA Paycast global payment function.

UNIVA Paycast (UPC) has launched a new employee benefits program to subsidize the expenses of the EXPO 2025 Osaka-Kansai, viewing it as an opportunity for employees to become more sensitive to the future and stimulate their interest and curiosity in a fun way. UNIVA Fusion (UFL) has launched "WATERLESS LIFTY SERUM," a beauty serum that uses a unique water-free formula and complex fermentation. This "ultimately concentrated beauty serum without added water*1" was jointly developed with a long-established fermentation manufacturer, and took more than three years to complete, culminating with our passion and technical expertise to "attach to the value of every drop that reaches the skin." The formula is based on fermented liquid, which has skin-beautifying effects, and pursues the concentration and penetration of beauty ingredients. In addition, it contains a high concentration of 10% niacinamide, which is well-known for its anti-aging effects*2, creating a new skincare experience that simultaneously provides lift care, firmness, elasticity and transparency.
