My name is Joy from UNIVA Fusion.
I have been appointed as the new representative of UNIVA Fusion since April 1. I would like to take this opportunity to greet you all.

In May 2014, I was transferred to the former Cold Fusion, a member of the UNIVA Group, on a mission to promote business performance, and two years later, our hit product "Kombucha Cleanse" was born and became our pride and joy. However, since 2022, our performance has remained stagnant due to exhaustion of the product line.

This year, in my 11th year with the company, my mission is truly a "second founding". To make this new start, I will do everything in my power to put UNIVA Fusion back on a growth trajectory. Now that we have entered a period of change, the entire company will work together to overcome this difficult situation and make the most of the know-how and strengths we have accumulated over the years, and we will be fully prepared to meet the challenge.

The current diet and skincare markets are extremely competitive and can be described as a “red ocean”. It has become difficult to attract consumers by simply differentiating ingredients and prices. We are required to offer truly new value. What we mean by "new value" is to break out of the existing framework.

For example, our "KOMBUCHA CLEANSE" is an evolution of the traditional enzyme drink that has gained a lot of support and is a perfect example of this. In addition, the new "WATERLESS FORMULA" beauty essence we have just launched has the potential to open up a new category of products never seen before. In this way, our direction is to create new value standards that will revolutionize the existing market.

Pioneering new categories is often at odds with the strengths of existing products, and for large companies, this can be risky. For smaller companies, however, it is an opportunity for a rather bold change of direction. We intend to make the most of this "flip-flop" opportunity to bring about change.

By maximizing the functional and emotional value of our products and providing customers with consistent high quality and satisfaction beyond price, we will grow into a trusted brand and strive to strengthen our management base from a long-term perspective to achieve sustainable growth.

In the first year, we will position "Waterless Essence" as our second hit product to increase brand awareness and aim to expand awareness in a short period of time with a small amount of advertising by utilizing SNS measures.

In the second year, we will increase the unit price per customer and develop B2B, develop sub-lines and expand sales channels; in the third year, we will strengthen subscriptions in our stores to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business, and achieve stable brand growth.
