From June 4 to 6, UNIVA Paycast (UPC) participated in the 5th "Digitalization and DX Promotion Exhibition ODEX" as a supporting member of the Association for the Promotion of DX in Local Governments. UPC introduced "Coco Furu" as a solution to support regional revitalization and tourism DX. During the event, UPC's booth was bustling with local government officials and many people eager to revitalize their communities. Additionally, new graduates who joined the company this year participated in the exhibition, actively explaining our services to visitors. We will continue to strive for DX promotion that aligns with the needs of local communities.

On July 1, UNIVA Gyron (UG) released a new feature called "Review Response Assistance" for Gyro-n Review, which optimizes review management for stores. The "Review Response Assistance" feature is an "assistive" mechanism that allows users to confirm and adjust AI-generated response drafts to ensure heartfelt responses. It also supports responses to negative reviews and enables easy handling of foreign-language reviews through automatic translation. Through this release, the system is expected to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of review responses by combining AI-generated high-quality response drafts with the convenience of mobile device-based management, while also contributing to inbound marketing efforts through multilingual support.

On July 6, Naturally Plus Malaysia (NPMY) held its annual largest event, "MY KIZUNA 2025 – DETERMINATION" at Wisma HuaZong with great fanfare. Over 1700 members attended the event, creating a day filled with enthusiasm. The event title, "DETERMINATION" embodies the unwavering resolve, perseverance, and courage needed to achieve success. At the venue, an award ceremony was held to recognize last year's achievements, and powerful speeches by top leaders ignited the passion of the participants. Additionally, the success stories of leaders who have consistently acted with determination served as a significant motivator for participants to tackle future challenges. The event was a moving experience where each individual reaffirmed their resolve to "persevere" toward their dreams and took a strong first step forward.
