The UNIVA Group Has Entered a New Phase

2026 is a major turning point for the UNIVA Group.

In April, UNIVA Marketing (UM) joined UNIVA Oak Holdings (UOH), followed by UNIVA Paycast (UPC) in July.

This reorganization is not merely about expanding the scale of the UOH Group. We view it as a new starting point for combining the strengths cultivated in separate locations under a common goal to create new value. At the same time, it is an opportunity for each company to grow further while fulfilling the responsibilities expected of a publicly traded corporate group and enhancing our management capabilities.

Beyond the capital ties, when we consider existing relationships—such as the collaboration between UOH’s renewable energy business and UNIVA Japan (UJP), as well as the partnerships between UM and Naturally Plus (NP) and UNIVA Corporation (UCC)—we can say that “UNITE” has made significant progress across the entire UNIVA Group.

As the UNIVA Group, the potential of “Unite the Values”—achieving growth that no single company could attain on its own by transcending corporate and organizational boundaries and pooling our collective wisdom, experience, and spirit of challenge—is expanding more than ever before. And the potential of the organization is also the potential of each and every one of our NAKAMA.

Within the UNIVA Group, there are diverse businesses and roles, each supported by a wide variety of talented individuals. However, opportunities to learn about each other’s companies, businesses, and roles are still not sufficient. This represents a missed opportunity for all of us.

The previously announced “UNIVA Career Challenge” and “UNIVA BUSINESS SCHOOL” are programs designed to help NAKAMA members transcend company boundaries to find new challenges and opportunities to excel. First, take an interest in other companies, businesses, and roles within the Group. Talk to NAKAMA members from other companies. Participate in learning opportunities. Volunteer for new assignments. I strongly encourage you to take on each of these actions as a challenge.

I have recently been appointed as an Executive Officer at UOH. For me, this is a “Career Challenge” in itself. How can I leverage my experience and knowledge in this new role and environment to achieve results? I feel that this is the challenge I am now called upon to meet.

2026 is the year of Bingwu in the traditional East Asian calendar, a combination associated with energy and transformation. A year said to symbolize energy and change. As someone born in the Year of Bingwu, I look forward to learning, connecting, and shaping new possibilities together with all of you.

Let’s turn each person’s small step into the next phase of growth for our group.
