In early 2026, as a new milestone, the organization fully rolled out two services: the “Digital Reception Desk” and the “Digital Secretary.” The Digital Reception Desk allows members to complete various procedures entirely within the app, significantly enhancing convenience. The Digital Secretary service visualizes business data, creating an environment where the organization’s status and growth trajectory can be monitored in real time. Furthermore, the Digital Service Salon, which opened in June, features a digital product area, an interactive product information wall, and a photo exhibition area showcasing digital leaders.
