On November 15-16, 2023, UNIVA Japan (UJP) participated in the 16th Kawasaki International Environmental Technology Exhibition held at Carutz Kawasaki, where it exhibited its energy-saving control system, ESCO-ONE. Many domestic and foreign companies stopped by our booth during the event. We were reminded of the great need for "ESCO-ONE" in achieving both a global decarbonized society and sustainable economic growth. In addition, many foreign business owners came to this year's event. The two foreign female staff members, fluent in Chinese and English, provided a stepping stone to developing overseas sales channels and forming new contacts.

UNIVA America, Inc. (UAI) has signed a new contract with WAKOEN Corporation, the largest tea manufacturer in Kagoshima Prefecture, to serve as a sales rep responsible for sales promotion activities for its tea products in the United States. When WAKOEN exhibited its high quality organic matcha and other products at an exhibition, visitors were astonished, saying, "I've never tasted such delicious matcha!" UAI will aggressively market the product to cafes, retail stores, and restaurants throughout the United States.

Ten new international wallets have been added to Alipay+, the global cross-border electronic payments and merchant marketing solution offered by UNIVA Paycast's (UPC) UnivaPay payments platform. This means that "Alipay+" can now accept payments from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Italy. With this release, Alipay+ will provide more inbound tourists and cross-border EC users with a pleasant consumer experience.

On November 12, 2023, a joint team of UNIVA Paycast (UPC) and UNIVA Gyro-n (Gyro-n) participated in the Kanto ITS futsal tournament. The team was formed for the competition, so even though many of the members had never met each other before, they showed great teamwork in the show. Many NAKAMA came to cheer the participating members to see their heroic deeds, and the games were very exciting. Unfortunately, we were not able to achieve victory, but the team worked together as a team and created a bond that transcended the company.

From November 29 to December 4, 2023, UNP Healthcare Vietnam (UNPHC) conducted a "Go Go Osaka" tour. Fifty-one participants who completed the campaign held last March-August were invited to join the tour. I was able to visit Osaka, Kyoto, Wakayama, and Kobe during the best season of autumn leaves, and enjoyed the Japanese autumn. Everyone pledged to achieve their goals for the coming year.

On December 11, UNIVA Gyro-n (Gyro-n) released Kikikomi, a new tool for collecting surveys and automatically generating word-of-mouth text from the responses. AI accurately translates real voices of customers into text to support customers' "thinking" and "writing." You can obtain high quality reviews without any hassle for your customers. With the release of "Kikikomi," it will be possible to acquire word-of-mouth with substantial content, which has been difficult to acquire in the past, and will greatly improve the efficiency of local marketing operations for store operators, agencies, and local SEO businesses. Kikikomi" is currently patent pending.

UNIVA Gyro-n has begun SEO consulting and article writing services. Gyro-n has been offering Gyro-n SEO, an SEO ranking measurement, analysis, and management tool, since 2015 and has gained a large following in the digital marketing market. The news that "Gyro-n," an SEO tool, will develop a consulting business is sure to attract attention in the SEO industry. The new SEO consulting service is a packaged service that includes analysis of the client's site situation, keyword selection, and content creation to improve rankings for those keywords and promote site traffic.

On December 25, UNIVA-Oak Holdings and Sterling Securities moved into their new office. Tokyo Toranomon Global Square is conveniently located on the corner of Toranomon Crossing, with access to multiple subway stations (Toranomon, Toranomon Hills, Kasumigaseki, Uchisaiwaicho). The new office has a more compact office space than the old one, creating a more homey work environment. Taking the opportunity of the relocation, the company will promote business efficiency and cost reductions by adopting a cloud-based accounting system and introducing ZOOM telephones, and will also aim for new work styles, such as flexible telecommuting in the future. On the day of the move, a party was held at the new office, where everyone celebrated as both companies embarked on a new stage.
