On March 1, UNIVA Corporation (UCC) hosted the UNIVA Accounting Member Offsite Meeting. The memorable first meeting brought together 15 members from Naturally Plus, UNIVA Paycast, Raizoma Business, NAKAMA from Index, and Yosuke Sakuta, our tax accountant. This year's theme was "Connecting" and the circle of the UNIVA accounting team expanded as we shared information about each other's challenges. By connecting all UNIVA accounting team members across company boundaries, a new sense of "One Team" was born. In the future, we will create "Unite The Values" by working more closely together, collaborating with each other, and leveraging each other's strengths.

On March 16, UNP Taiwan (UNPTW), Naturally Plus Hong Kong (NPHK), Naturally Plus Global (NPGL), and Naturally Plus Singapore (NPSG) launched a new product called "SUPER REVIVE". The main ingredient, HIF1STEM, was developed through 10 years of joint research by industry, government, and academia. "SUPER REVIVE", which successfully combines grape seed extract, ginseng saponin, and red wine extract with this HIF1STEM, aims to activate cell root factors and contribute to health. Dr. Masahito Ishikawa, CEO of Nutrition Act, who was involved in the development of the product, gave a product seminar at the Taipei Salon and the following day at the Kaohsiung Salon. Including online participation, approximately 700 people attended the two-day event. Since then, attention to "SUPER REVIVE" has increased from many directions, including a pre-launch event at NPSG on April 20.

On April 1, Univa Mutual Insurance (UMA) launched a new product, "Injury and Heat Stroke Coverage. In addition, the Drivemate currently on sale has been renewed as "NEW Drivemate". The features of "Injury and Heat Stroke Coverage" are: 1) new enrollment is available from age 1 to age 89; 2) a ¥10,000 per day hospitalization co-payment can be paid to the elderly in case of hospitalization due to an accident other than illness; 3) ¥10,000 is paid upon diagnosis of heat stroke (whether or not hospitalization is required. (iv) Four subsidies for the cost of medical certificates (5,000 yen). NEW Drivemate covers accidents while riding a bicycle, which has been requested for a long time, by increasing the premium from 1,500 yen to 1,600 yen. Those who enroll in Drivemate by March 31, 2024 can add accident while riding a bicycle for an additional ¥100.

On April 1, UNIVA Guangzhou Trading Co., Ltd. (UGT) relocated its offices within the emerging area of Pearl River New City, Guangzhou, in anticipation of business expansion and new business development in China. The new office is located on the 16th floor of the 41-story Fuli Yingxin Building in an area with a high concentration of world-class companies. The new 100-square-meter office will be staffed by two UGT staff members, and a collaborative project with a Chinese IT company began in April. We look forward to a new UGT that transcends the boundaries of a trading company!

In April, UNIVA Paycast (UPC) launched "d-payment online" in addition to the online payment services it currently offers. By offering a new online payment method, we will be able to offer merchants a wider range of products and services, making it easier to attract new merchants. In addition, by expanding the range of payment options available to end-users, we anticipate that this will contribute to merchants' sales, which in turn will lead to profits for us. UPC will continue to drive to provide a wider range of payment services to merchants and end users.

Koh-EN TV regularly provides UNIVA Oak Holdings (UOH) shareholders and all other stakeholders with not only quantitative reports on current conditions, but also qualitative information on the company's activities and future plans, as well as the thoughts and ideas of Mr. Inaba, Chairman and CEO. The name "Koh-En TV" is derived from the idea that the information and people who gather at the "Park" (Koh-En in Japanese) will be connected by "Ties" (EN in Japanese), and through their "co-creation" we hope to bring about richer and more fruitful "value". April 8-April 15, UNP Healthcare Vietnam (UNPHC) conducted its first Top Agent Invitational. Last year's 16 campaign achievers went on tours to the Netherlands and Belgium. The company's idea to show beautiful tulips to Vietnamese women who love flowers hit the jackpot! Everyone was so excited and thrilled to see the tulip fields in full bloom at Keukenhof Park! All of the participants, motivated by the springtime in Europe, returned to work full of motivation to achieve this year's goals.

Naturally Plus Korea (NPKR) launched Purifica FIRE in April. In Korea, Purifica FIRE is nicknamed "P=FIRE". There are high expectations for how the Monde Selection Highest Gold Award-winning product will grow in Korea, following Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

This past April, UNP Taiwan (UNPTW) celebrated its 20th anniversary. The celebration event was held at the Taipei Sheraton Hotel on April 12, and about 500 people came to celebrate. UNPTW was established as Naturally Plus' (NP) first overseas office, and the establishment of Taiwan marked the beginning of NP's overseas expansion. The event was attended not only by members, but also by people from affiliated companies that have helped us over the past 20 years, and we received many congratulatory messages. UNPTW has taken off for the next 20 years, aiming to become a 100-year company based on its mission to "lead the entire planet to health."
