Determination to spark a new wave in the industry<\/h3>\r\n \r\n \r\n

As we enter the final month of 2023, looking back on the past year as UNIVA Gyro-n, we can honestly say that although we have seen steady growth in sales and the number of companies that have installed our products, we have yet to reach our goal of a Rule of 40% (sales growth rate + operating margin of at least 40%). In addition, the company has not yet achieved its goal of 40% or more in sales growth and operating profit margin. However, we view this as a birth pangs, and are determined to proactively challenge new services and initiatives to create a new style in the group and the industry.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n

NE Obtained a general construction license<\/h3>\r\n

North Energy (NE), a UNIVA Oak affiliate, received a general construction license. NE is a non-stop clean energy project development and management company. By obtaining a general construction business license, the company will be able to undertake all parts sales and equipment work for the construction of solar power generation facilities for municipally owned facilities and for new facilities within the company, which is expected to improve profitability in the future. As our business domain expands, we will also focus on developing new projects.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n

UJP Started cooperative project with Horokanai-cho, Hokkaido<\/h3>\r\n

On November 21, UNIVA Japan (UJP) launched the \"Zero Carbon City Promotion Demonstration Experiment,\" a cooperative project with the town of Horokanai, Hokkaido. Horokanai-cho is a heavy snowfall area with a record of the deepest snowfall of 324 cm in Hokkaido. If this demonstration experiment is successful, it is expected to lead to the introduction of solar renewable energy in other areas with heavy snowfall. North Energy, a subsidiary of UNIVA Oak, was contracted to install the double-sided solar panels and vertical mounts. With the cooperation of UNIVA Group companies, we will make the Zero Carbon City project a reality through public-private partnership.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n

Toy Fair 2023, a large exhibition related to toys and stationery, was held again this year at the NY Javits Center. The venue was crowded with buyers from major department stores to local retailers. In particular, Japanese anime and game goods are very popular, indicating a high level of interest in Japanese culture. With many visitors from Europe and South America, the event was even more successful than before Corona. On November 5, Karuizawa FM Broadcasting Corporation (FM Karuizawa), a subsidiary of UNIVA Oak, began broadcasting a new program, \"Miraii Rajio,\" with the theme \"Nurturing Children's Future\". We aim to create programs that expand understanding, resonance, and a circle of support by having experts explain the latest topics and news related to children's rights and education. Broadcasts are every Sunday at 2:10 p.m. FM Karuizawa will contribute to the community and society by delivering content that can be enjoyed not only in Karuizawa, but throughout Japan.
