(hereinafter \"OBOOK\"), the holding company of OwlTing Group (hereinafter \"OwlTing\"), which provides international payment services and comprehensive accommodation services using Web 3.0 blockchain technology. In addition, as part of their support for the growth of OwlTing's business, UOH and UNIVA Paycast have signed a memorandum of understanding with OwlPay Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \"OwlPay Japan\"), OwlTing's Japanese subsidiary, to cooperate in promoting the development of Owlpay and global digital payment solutions in Japan.
