Hokkaido is a region brimming with potential for renewable energy. Fourteen employees, accompanied by their families, totaling 27 people, enjoyed an elegant time at Kanucha Resort in Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture. While some met in person for the first time, the first day was filled with excitement through BBQ and Mario Kart tournaments. On the second day, marine activities and a social gathering allowed NAKAMA to get to know each other more deeply. The week leading up to the drill was designated as \"Disaster Prevention Week,\" during which disaster-related information was shared. Approximately 40 people participated in the drill, simulating the entire sequence from the occurrence of an earthquake and subsequent fire to evacuating outdoors using the emergency stairwell.
