We will touch upon not only business but also fun topics such as hobbies and private lives of our NAKAMA. \r\nMy resolution for this year is \u201cCalm and self-possessed\u201d. In the past two years, I had had a dual role in the Sales and Customer Success divisions. Starting this year, I will focus on Customer Success Division work. I was hastily following my seniors in sales, going every which way to fulfill my tasks. In 2022, I would like to tap into the knowledge that I accumulated while I worked closely with our customers as a sales person. I want to lead the team and provide customer-focused support while promoting tool usage and upselling. Also, I want to fulfill a long time wish and run a marathon this year. \r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I am personally interested in the concept of sustainable development goals (SDGs). I learned about sustainable business strategies at Harvard Business School in 2021, and I hope to use the knowledge. \r\nHappy New Year! I returned to work in September 2021 after giving birth to my second child. I was frustrated that I could not help while the company was having a difficult time due to COVID-19. This is my sixth year with UNIVA Guangzhou Trading (UGT), and I am feeling stronger loyalty to the company. During my maternity leave, UGT launched a new business marketing high quality eggs. I would like to contribute to the new business as well as continue my regular work in accounting, as my perspective as a mother may be helpful for the business. While the COVID crisis appears to continue, we are aiming to become an even more \u201ccustomer-focused mutual aid association\u201d. We are in the process of developing new products. Our offering already includes life insurance, and now we are developing products that insure against natural disasters. Stay tuned for our new products coming in 2022!\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I would like to increase new member registrations through events, and to promote \u201cgood competition\u201d among our members. I want to contribute to reaching our company goal of increased profit. Digitization of our salon functions is another goal. That involves enhancing the usability of our member tools, and it will improve our employee\u2019s work efficiency. We would like to build a cutting edge company that young and capable people want to work for. It may take time, but I will work with my NAKAMA to realize this dream and build a new NPHK. \r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\nHappy New Year. In Indonesia, the number of COVID-19 positive cases has been decreasing rapidly since October 2021. In-person seminars have re-started, and we are seeing stronger momentum in our business activities. We have not been able to conduct campaign tours during the last two years, but this year, we hope to re-start them. I would love to bring our members to Bali Island in spring and to Japan in fall this year. I will work hard to bring Naturally Plus Indonesia back to its vibrant state and good business results this year. \r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It is my resolution to make this year a foundation of Naturally Plus\u2019s growth. We had a good year in 2021 due to successful sales campaigns linked with Fans\u2019 TV. These campaigns contributed to the final sales figure for our 23rd fiscal year. However, we fell short by not using the momentum to increase new registrations and product purchase rates. This year, we will create a continuous flow of sales activities to \u201cbring next sales\u201d.
