UNIVA NP Group Holds First Annual General Meeting of Employees

On June 16, the UNIVA NP Group held its first group-wide general meeting of employees, to share with all employees medium-term targets and concrete strategies. The UNIVA NP Group is composed of the holding company UNIVA NP Holdings, UNIVA Marketing, responsible for product planning and e-commerce, UNIVA Technologies, responsible for system development and operation, and UNIVA NP, which is developing our MLM business in Taiwan. The Group ideal is “Leading the Whole World to Better Health.” Its mission is to “make better health freely accessible to all” by “building a solid reputation for outstanding personalized products and experiences.” If the group pulls together, it will achieve its goals.

UPC Worcation Survey in Iburi, Hokkaido

The UNIVA Paycast (UPC) Research & Development Division conducted a worcation (working vacation) inspection tour in the Iburi subprefecture of Hokkaido. This trip’s objectives included identifying problems and proposing service solutions during exchanges with local governments. As UPC searches for new ways of working, we are looking into the potential of working vacations in Hokkaido to tourist destinations. We have found that the efficiency of our work increases in away-from-the-everyday environments and discovered real benefits from overlapping small group recreational trips and training sessions with sales activities. UAI Produces Promotion Video for Lin Japan Aritayaki Ceramics

UNIVA America, Inc. (UAI) has produced a promotion video as part of USA branding and promotions for Lin Japan Aritayaki Ceramics. Refined design and vivid colors have won high praise among the New Yorkers. The location for shooting this video was the CITE furniture store in New York’s Soho neighborhood, where Lin Japan ceramics are sold. The finished video is scheduled to appear on social media as well as the company’s website, as part of UAI’s ongoing support for communicating Lin Japan’s appeal to larger audiences.

Gyro-n DFM Releases Integration with Shopify Feature

A new release of UNIVA Gyro-n’s Gyro-n DFM supports integration with Shopify. Gyro-n DFM is a tool that provides dynamic support for complex ad placements by automatically optimizing the formatting of data from a master database and linking it with the media in which it is used. The new release’s integration with Shopify automatically adds data collected by Shopify when products are sold to the client’s master database, making it easy to dynamically place ads in response to the latest trends. Dynamic advertising allows follow-up approaches to prospects after they leave the product page, thus driving increased sales. Integration with Shopify supports E-commerce firms in growing their businesses.

UJP Joins JASFA

On July 1, UNIVA Japan (UJP) joined the Japan Sustainable Free Powered Energy System Exploit & Promotion Association (JASFA). JASFA is an NGO overseen by the New Energy Development Organization (NEDO), the branch of the Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry (METI), which oversees ordinary NGOs. JAFSA’s mission is projects that bring together researchers from industry, academia, and government. Participants include venture companies that have won the New Energy Award and operate at the leading edge of new energy development. By joining JASFA, UJP, which has entered the energy business, gains access to information about state-of-the-art advances that will be used as UJP conducts its own R&D on new energy systems. On July 1, UJP president Yoshiaki Ubatani introduced UJP as a new member at the JASFA 2022 Press Conference in Kawasaki, stressing UJP’s strengths as it begins this new venture.

NPMY MY KIZUNA 2022 “EMERGE—A Legend is Born”

On July 17, Naturally Plus Malaysia (NPMY) held its annual convention MY KIZUNA 2022 “EMERGE—A Legend is Born.” This was the first hybrid convention, combining on-site with online. A hundred individuals assembled at the site; 4000 watched and listened via the Internet. Speakers included Chairman Inaba, Group President Nagoshi, the local executive team, and member leaders, and speeches were followed by awards. Huge excitement was generated both on-side and online. Members and employees bonded together in their commitment to make NPMY the legend of a new era.
