Tackling Cross-border Business Potential

I am Takashi Tajima, President and Representative Director, taking over from President Nagoshi, who has led the Naturally Plus Group for 13 years. Once again, please accept my best regards. Naturally Plus, which has a global reach, is considered as one tree, and all decisions will be made with Kazuki Iwasa, General Manager, and Mitsuyasu Matsunobu, Chairman, who are in charge of Southeast and East Asia, respectively, and together we aim for speedy management. We would also like to use the strength of the One Tree organization to explore new business possibilities while mutually assisting each other across national borders.

NEXT100 Naturally Plus Future Leaders

When I took office as President and Director in 2019, we had just celebrated our 20th anniversary, and it was also the year when I made the big decision to "make a paradigm shift". It was a decision that revolutionized the way of thinking and values that had been taken for granted. We decided that the only way to achieve future growth is to create new leaders, so we took the bold step of planning NP fellow Training and recruited new leaders who will create the next 10 years of growth. Now the leaders of that time are at the center of the Naturally Plus business. Many of them were inexperienced in the network business, and they built up their track record through solid business activities. Comparing the sales trends of "members registered before 2018" and "members registered after 2019" is expected to finally reverse in the current fiscal year (26th fiscal year). When we go out into the field, we see a big, positive energy and feel their momentum, but what we don't see in the actual numbers is that the movement of members who registered before 2018 is even slower than that. On the other hand, I see a great opportunity for leaders who are now 20-year players to be inspired by new leaders and have the mentality of wanting to do business again.

WORLD CONVENTION NATURALLY PLUS FESTA 2023 to be held at Yokohama Arena for the first time in four years

The WORLD CONVENTION NATURALLY PLUS FESTA 2023, held this fall at Yokohama Arena for the first time in four years, was a great success, attracting a total of 8327 people from 11 countries. Once again, I was keenly aware of the importance of "gathering" and "praising". On the day of the event, we announced the long-awaited acquisition of the functional claim for "Super Lutein" and announced that the World Leadership Invitational (WLI) would be held in Las Vegas for the first time in eight years, which filled the venue with excitement. In addition to these things, the 26th period began with seminars simultaneously in all 47 prefectures of Japan. We will focus on "increasing the number of new registrations" throughout the term. We are aiming to land a 5% increase in sales for the next fiscal year, and all employees will work together to achieve this goal.
