Aiming to be a Multimedia Company

Radio station called FM Karuizawa
FM Karuizawa (Karuizawa FM Broadcasting Co., Ltd.) is the only broadcasting media in Karuizawa, with about 16,000 villa owners and about 8 million tourists a year, as well as local residents, and as a community-based radio station, it plays a social role that contributes to the community by providing various information on daily life in the area.
On the other hand, we use Internet radio, podcasts, and YouTube to deliver programs that emphasize entertainment not only for local information, but also for the whole country.

FM Karuizawa's initiatives
FM Karuizawa broadcasts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but I will introduce one program and one business.

Program: Hiroyuki's YUKISAKI MITEI Every first and third Saturday of the month, 17:00-17:30 Personality: Hiroyuki (2ch founder)
It is a program that explores new forms, evolution, and the future, while incorporating Hiroyuki's current (everyday life).
This program will be a new attempt to deliver it as a media mix, in which it will be broadcast/recorded live on YouTube and broadcast on radio and podcasts.

Business: Karuizawa Tourism Association x altBRAIN tourism information service
In July, we started a six-month demonstration experiment of "Karuizawa AI Navi", a tourism information service that utilizes altBRAIN, an AI generated by alt Inc. Utilizing generated AI technology for tourists, we provide tourism information tailored to each person in multiple languages in real time 24 hours a day.
FM Karuizawa will communicate the charms of the region in various ways, not limited to the broadcasting business, and will promote the planning and implementation of new projects and promotions through cooperation between companies in both Karuizawa and the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Towards a Multimedia Company
As FM Karuizawa, we will work to expand the broadcasting business, which is currently the main revenue, but we believe that there is a limit to the sustainable growth of corporate performance and the expansion of corporate value in terms of broadcasting business revenue alone when considering the medium-term growth strategy.
In the future, while maintaining and expanding the broadcasting business, we believe that new business pillars are necessary, such as building a custom-made event and promotion business, a hosted event business, a digital advertising agency business, and expanding YouTube distribution cooperation as business expansion/new business centered on the broadcasting business.
FM Karuizawa aims to be a "multi-media company" as a reliable company that can reach clients' "things they want to convey" not only on the radio, but also in various forms and angles, to more people.
