We are all in this together
Hello every NAKAMA, Times flies. It’s April already!
So glad that the pandemic finally moderated. I believe most of us are speculating what the future will be and how this pandemic will change the mode we do. But I think there is no way to getaway the change in standpoint that it will bring. Now the most important as ever is to treasure and bring joy to those you love.
The outburst of the pandemic has led to a sudden change in the dynamics of workforce behavior. It has changed how we work, learn and interact as social distancing guidelines have led to a more virtual existence both personally and professionally. The change is to focus all of our energy to build the new but not on fighting the old. Besides, maintaining motivation is becoming an increasing challenge for many people.
But one very interesting thing is, at the time when we keep the social distancing, many of us are getting closer. We are building more adaptive teams which are more constantly get in touch with each other and connection has become a priority for the benefit of working remotely. But beyond that we are connected with purpose and as a community. Our strength lies in being part of a community.
The greatest moral the pandemic can give us is that we are all in this together. This period has required us all to be supportive and caring of each other as we all face insecurity. Control has to some extent given way to trust. People are learning how to do work disparately and with far less oversight.
It’s time for us to step out and builds loyalty, commitment, and long-lasting teams. Besides, let us be a working smarter on learning how to prioritize, plan, and focus our energies with meaningful intent.
Hang in there, as better times are ahead!
Hope that the economy will take off quickly all over the world!
Last but not least, wishing all of the NAKAMA good health and happiness!
