UNIVA AWARDS 2022 Shining Stars were born!

After rigorous three rounds of screening, the UNIVA AWARDS 2022 Shining Stars were born! Congratulations to Shining Stars!! The FINAL CONTEST will be held on March 30th at 10:00 a.m. Japan time, and Shining Stars will present their proud achievements over the past year. Four judges, including Chairman Inaba, will decide the highest award. By all means, everyone, please come and support our NAKAMA! It's online, so anyone can participate anywhere. UPC Announces Diversity Declaration

On January 5, UNIVA Paycast (UPC) announced its Diversity and Inclusion Declaration (D&I Declaration). On January 10, President Nakao convened an online meeting to explain the declaration to company employees. President Nakao’s explanation was followed by an exchange of views with the employees concerning awareness and implementation of the declaration’s principles. From now on, UPC’s goal is a workplace where every employee can display their abilities to the full and create new value through synergies with others.

NP Products Now in 128 Countries and Regions

Naturally Plus has opened salons in 12 countries and regions, but Naturally Plus Global (NPGL)’s online system has received orders for Naturally Plus products from 128. January, 2023 saw the addition of Argentina. Congratulations! Naturally Plus continues to grow into a leader in promoting good health worldwide.

UAI Pickard Tie-up Supports Koransha

UNIVA America, Inc. (UAI) provides sales and marketing support for historic Aritayaki porcelain company Koransha. To show Koransha products at Atlanta Market Winter 2023, UAI teamed up with Pickard, a major food company, to show Koransha porcelain in a corner of the Pickard booth, where they would be seen by Pickard sales representatives and clients from all over America. All sorts of valuable feedback was received. Future joint projects with Pickard will bring fresh impetus to UAI marketing and sales promotion.

NPSG SEA-LI Central Europe Tour

Lasting from January 31 to February 11, the Naturally Plus Singapore (NPSG) SEA-LI Central Europe tour was an exclusive reward for the true leaders who reached their targets throughout the previous year. Sixty-seven leaders participated in this tour, the first in three years because of the COVID pandemic. This extra-long 12-day tour including four countries, the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovenia, and Italy was a special reward for three years of unremitting effort and a great opportunity to deepen ties among the leaders. NPSG is working to see new leaders emerge this year, so that even more can participate in next year’s SEA-LI France tour.

First NPID Japan Tour in Three Years

During February 8 to 13, Naturally Plus Indonesia (NPID)’s first Japan Tour in three years brought 85 participants, who had reached their targets during that three-year period, to Japan. Participants enjoyed Japan to the full, including a visit to the Tokyo Roppongi Salon as well as famous tourist destinations.

#2022 Me and My NAKAMA Photo Contest

The #2022 Me and My NAKAMA Photo Contest started on February 14. Photographs taken in 2022 will be divided into two categories, “Private” and “Work.” Six judges will choose the 12 award-winning images. The winners in each division will receive prizes worth around ¥10,000. The results will be announced at the March 30 annual general meeting of UNIVA Group employees. If you haven’t already submitted your entries, be sure to do so. The deadline is March 14. Post your entries on the UNIVA SNS Project Slack channel. All you need to post are your photos, name, affiliation, and brief photo explanations!
