On April 20, the UNIVA AWARDS 2025 FINAL CONTEST was held in Tokyo. The presentations by the 10 Shining Stars were broadcast live to UNIVA’s NAKAMA around the world. The 3 Grand Prize winners were announced at the group-wide employee meeting held that afternoon. Congratulations to all the winners!

North Energy (NE)’s “Yukinko Solar” - vertical solar power generation system has been installed at Asahikawa Gas. This project was featured prominently in the March 13, 2026, issue of the “Hokkaido Construction News.” Unlike conventional flat-mounted systems, installing the panels vertically not only prevents a drop in power generation caused by snow accumulation but also utilizes reflected light from the snow surface to improve power generation efficiency.Furthermore, in addition to being compatible with agricultural land, cropland, and dairy farms, the system offers significant advantages in terms of maintenance. At Asahikawa Gas, the system was installed at the Asahikawa Miyamae G Site and the Ebetsu Branch at the end of October last year and has been generating stable power even during the winter months. Moving forward, the company plans to share the demonstration results with municipalities—starting with Asahikawa, with which it has a comprehensive regional partnership agreement—and intends to promote this initiative as a PPA provider. North Energy will continue to devote its full efforts to the widespread adoption of renewable energy toward achieving carbon neutrality!

UNIVA America (UAI) visited the “World Tea Expo,” held in Las Vegas from March 23–25, alongside our client, Wakohen Co., Ltd. Together with Wakohen Co., Ltd., which exhibited at last year’s event, we explored opportunities to develop new business partners and collaborators, as well as the possibility of exhibiting again in future years. We arranged meetings with the organizers and provided comprehensive support. In addition to accompanying sales staff on-site and supporting meetings with the organizers, UAI also provides ongoing support for future exhibitions.

On April 1, UNIVA Fusion (UFL) launched its new skincare product, the "WATERLESS BOUNCY ESSENCE LOTION." As the second product in the "Waterless Beauty" line, this lotion focuses on improving fine lines*1 while regulating the skin’s internal moisture balance and preparing the skin to better absorb serum ingredients.Its most distinctive feature is the pursuit of ultimate concentration without using a single drop of water.
