UNIVA AWARDS 2024 Call for Applications Now Open!
Happy New Year! Hope every NAKAMA has returned to work refreshed. Now that the memories of last year's learning and experience are clear, we are now accepting applications for the UNIVA AWARDS 2024! We are looking forward to hearing about NAKAMA's wonderful achievements at this "knowledge sharing place", the highest honor of the UNIVA Group, which is "managing based on human resources". UJP "ESCO-ONE" certified as SDGs business
UNIVA Japan (UJP)'s energy-saving control device "ESCO-ONE" has been certified as an SDGs project by the Japan SDGs Association. The "SDGs" (Sustainable Development Goals) are international targets described in the "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" adopted at the UN Summit in September 2015. Based on the philosophy of "leaving no one behind on earth", it is an action plan set for mankind, the earth, and their prosperity, and consists of 17 goals and 169 targets. We are delighted that UJP's true stance towards the SDGs has been proven to society, and we will continue to do our best to improve the social trust of companies and strengthen the value of the brand.
UPC Koko Furu appeared in "Ohito Times"
Koko Furu, a local type hometown tax payment service provided by UNIVA Paycast (UPC), has been published in the local newspaper "Ohito Times", which is located in the Northern Alps Mountain area. From September 6th, 2024, the first "Koko Furu" service in Honshu was launched at "Roadside Station Otari" in Otari Village, Nagano Prefecture. On the page, a comment from the person from "Koko Furu" of "Roadside Station Otari" was introduced that various gifts such as local products, meal ticket, hot springs ticket, etc. are available. Please look forward to "Koko Furu", which will continue to expand significantly.
UJP obtained a special construction business license
UNIVA Japan (UJP) obtained a special construction business license. In order to obtain a special construction business license, it is necessary to meet more stringent acquisition requirements than a general construction business license, such as the conditions and property requirements of a dedicated engineer. Since UJP has obtained a special construction business license, it is now possible to contract large-scale construction costs of 40 million yen or more. In addition, the scope of contracted work has expanded, from the previous carpenter business, tobi and civil engineering business, to the steel structure business, glasswork business, painting business, waterproofing business, heat insulation business, etc.
UPC starts introducing Koko Furu in Ikeda Town, Gifu Prefecture
On November 20th, 2024, UNIVA Paycast (UPC)'s local hometown tax payment service "Koko Furu", which is expanding all over Japan, was introduced to "Shikishunsai New Ikeda" in Ikeda Town, Gifu Prefecture, the first in the Tokai region. "Koko Furu", which has been providing services in six municipalities so far, including this time, will run alongside the local government, and will continue to come up with new hands-on gifts and services after introduction. We will coordinate with local governments in order to revitalize the local area by improving the relevant population and increasing the number of taxpayers.
Gyro-n "Kikikomi for EC" released
On November 26th, UNIVA Gyro-n (Gyro-n) released "Kikikomi for EC", a review collection tool for e-commerce sites. This service is an innovative tool to collect product reviews easily and efficiently through automatic questionnaire transmission to buyers, and to provide consumers with reliable word of mouth on ecommerce sites. Through "Kikikomi for EC", UNIVA Gyro-n will help e-commerce operators build a relationship of trust with consumers and convey the charm of their products to more people.

UNPTW "DASH 2025 Strategy Announcement - Breakthrough" held online
On December 22th, UNP Taiwan (UNPTW) held its largest event of the year, "DASH 2025 Strategy Announcement - Breakthrough" online. The event, which was held online at the request of members, has achieved unprecedented strategic content with rich body language and multimedia audio. The event was changed from usual January to December, with the desire to prepare everyone to move forward with the company before the New Year. The event focused on strategic presentations, and the annual awards will be held separately, taking a new form. Under the philosophy of "Leading the whole planet to health", UNPTW will do its best to provide "mental and physical health," "economic health," and "social health".
NPMY opened Miri Branch
On December 16th, Nature Plus Malaysia (NPMY) opened its Miri Branch. Miri is the second largest populous city in Sarawak province, bordered by Brunei, and is known as Oil Town. As Miris sales have been increasing, Miri Branch has been formed in order to better provide support to Miri members and Brunei members. Congratulations on the opening of the Miri Branch!
